Appointments
How to Make an Appointment
The Practice has a system where all patient appointment requests are triaged by GPs.
You need to call the Surgery and leave a message, you can specify a convenient time for your call back. The Doctor will call you back on the same day or the next day and either resolve your problem via the telephone consultation, call you in on the day for a face to face appointment if needed or book an appointment on a convenient date and time for you.
Online
Patients can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance using online services.
By Phone
Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 0207 727 4592.
In Person
Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.
Advance Booking:
Bookable up to 4 weeks ahead, these provide choice and flexibility as to when and by whom you are seen.
On the day (Urgent only):
If unwell and needing to see a Doctor urgently please call the Surgery in the first instance rather than going directly to the Urgent Care Centre or A&E. Your call will be immediately transferred to the Doctor who will either ensure you are seen at the Surgery or will direct you to the appropriate service
We would like the GP Surgery to be at the heart of the patients’ medical needs so that a co-ordinated approach can be provided.
Telephone Consultations:
You can book telephone appointments with our GPs for various issues such as ongoing medical problems, medication changes, investigation results and many other things to save time and your journey.
Patients Clinical Access
Our practice is pleased to offer patients enhanced clinical access to GPs and other healthcare professionals, including 100 clinical appointments per 1000 patients per week. We regularly review our systems to ensure there are enough appointments to meet patient needs every week. We aim to provide the best access we can for our patients. If you have any questions or suggestions please request a call back from the practice manager.
